Remote Junior Jobs is a global platform for junior or entry-level professionals pursuing remote work and companies looking to hire. Our platform is driven by employer content on our site and job seekers seeking remote work. Our job is to make this connection happen, and we are always open to feedback. We want to build a healthy relationship with juniors and recruiters and are constantly updating and moderating the posted positions. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any job posting at anytime. Please see the below guidelines for more information.

Guidelines for job posts

We take these rules very seriously, and for that reason, any job post that meets the below criteria will be removed if no action is taken within 24 hours of initial flagging from the Remote Junior Jobs team:

  • Constitute Harassment of any kind. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Racist, sexist, or discriminatory.
  • Pornographic, mature in nature, or overly obscene, inflammatory, offensive, give or demeaning material is NSFW (not safe or suitable for work).
  • Job postings are meant to scam users in potential phishing attempts or any postings involving an exchange of money in the hiring process.

For companies and recruiters, please DON’T post jobs for:

  • Mystery shoppers
  • Unpaid internships or unpaid roles
  • Casting calls, auditions for modeling, acting, and/or talent management
  • Medical and/or which solicit the donation of human body parts and/or which solicit reproductive services, e.g., egg donation, and surrogacy
  • Market research services (for example, survey collections, opinion participants, etc.)
  • Career fairs
  • Franchise or training opportunities

The content of job postings must comply with the following rules or their equivalent in Portugal or the jurisdiction (country, state, municipality, city, town, etc.) of the job poster, target job seekers, and any other applicable jurisdiction.
