The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Pegasystems. The team takes part in building cross-functional solutions where low-code automation is integrated with other cutting-edge technologies. The team is responsible for the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to clients following the platform design best practices.


  • Experienced for at least 1 year as a Power Platform Engineer, or a similar low-code platform
  • Skilled in building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, or similar low-code solutions
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Azure AD, Azure services, PowerShell Scripts
  • Used to building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types using Microsoft 365 API
  • Experienced with SharePoint application services framework including implementation and configuration
  • Understanding ALM, SDLC, Azure DevOps Boards, Repository, Pipelines requirements
  • Certified in Microsoft Power Platform, or a similar low-code platform


  • Modernize Microsoft low-code solutions for business automation
  • Implement capabilities and limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces for the end-user solution
  • Build a diverse Agile team to achieve project goals
  • Configure process-oriented application workflow configuration as well as ensure component and integration testing within the Low Code platform
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug platform configuration issues, communicate with platform support teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in peer reviews of the work of other team members, validate code for compliance with standards and best practices
