We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Technical CRM Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM platform.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Write responsive HTML with JavaScript and CSS for in-App messages and email templates.
  • Write SQL and Python scripts to create custom segmentation and ETLs to pull data from data centers and ingest them into CRM systems.
  • Work with MarTech tools, actively exploring possibilities to integrate them with the CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement automation processes to streamline workflows within the CRM.
  • Customise CRM features to align with organisational needs and goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for CRM-related technical issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Conduct system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee data migration and integration processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM.
  • Implement data quality initiatives and perform regular audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize CRM solutions accordingly.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experiences in lifecycle marketing, product management or a similar field
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Data driven approach to your work and comfortable working with data including SQL
  • Knowledge in HTML/CSS and[or] Javascript
  • Basic understanding any programming/scripting language like python is a plus
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards)
  • Familiarise with API and microservice concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent English skills
